What to focus on?

I have a number of ideas I'm working on and was wondering which one to spend the most time on. Right now it's mostly on #1 below.

Something I've been working on for a long time.

Basically helps you reach goals, be more productive, manage a to-do list, Smart task selection and basically answer 2 questions

1. What to do?
2. What I did?

The problem it solves is for any person who needs to track their time (ex. Lawyers, consultants, people who bill their time and people who need to report their time) to easily gather the projects, tasks they've worked on. Could also be on employees who do yearly reviews and what to improve at work.

The other user group is for people who want to be more productive and reach their goals.

Create Excel and also VBA training content.

I've worked with Excel/VBA for > 20 years and am an expert.

I want monetize this knowledge but found the it very hard to create the training as I was bored doing it and would go down the rabbit hole of too many details on the training.

Book title and training might be

• Learn Excel and do a Million Push-ups
• Learn Excel and automate you PowerPoint slides

I've plenty of content and just need to work on getting it out, maybe make more fun for me to do.

The idea is to write a book, give a course, develop software to help learn principles that helped me succeed.
