What tool did you use to make your site?
I'm looking for an alternative to webflow, no code to launch my site (it's not for a SaaS but essentially to create an online living portfolio of me as I ended up losing access to my LinkedIn)

I run Bear Blog, which is a blogging platform that is super customisable (assuming you have a passing familiarity with CSS). I think it would be a pretty good fit for your needs.
If you're just in the validation stage, check out kocobee.
You can launch in minutes, and it provides you with all the analytics on how successful your product will (or will not) be.
You mentioned an online portfolio, which sounds pretty straight forward. For that I would use SquareSpace. Easy, affordable and does the job well. No need to make it more complex than that in this case it sounds like.

I’ve tried no-code products a few times and always found them a bit finicky. For our product (doubleapp.xyz) we’re building it as a combo of Sveltekit (https://kit.svelte.dev/) and Django rest framework (https://www.django-rest-framework.org/) as the backend. It’s a bit duplicative because Sveltekit is full stack, but we really liked the way Sveltekit dealt with routing and pages.
I’m not much of a web programmer myself, but svelte was pretty easy to pick up if you follow their tutorial. There’s a reason it is the most loved framework! It really makes it a lot easier to start from 0. If you don’t need a backend, then you can do it all in svelte and use something like Netlify to deploy it.
what didn't you like about webflow? I'm considering switching to that. If you want it to be pretty and engaging, try Wix. It has too many features, but the templates are nice and pretty easy to use.
