What tool do you recommend for knowledge bases?
Currently evaluating some options. Document360 looks cool, but too expensive for me right now. Freshdesk has their version, free, but ugly GUI...
This is for user-facing product documentation / knowledge base / self-service support.
What do you recommend?
Currently using https://www.gitbook.com/
Only ever used gitbook for personal knowledge tracking but I've enjoyed interacting with software tools that use gitbook for their public docs.

CrispChat is $99/month for chat and knowlege base. I think it looks pretty good.
