What tool do you use to send cold email campaigns?

Looking for some advice from the community.
We've collected hundreds of emails of people in our target market, and are ready to send out our first cold email campaign. We were prepared to use Mailchimp, but noticed that the terms of service require you to have consent from all the people on your list.
How do you send your cold emails? Is there an email platform you've used that doesn't have this same restriction?
Of course, we'll provide the option to unsubscribe regardless of how we send the emails.

Lots of tools in this space. Would not recommend using a transactional or marketing email provider or use your own SMTP for sending these.
Instead, set up your email account with G Suite then try YAMM, Yesware, or MixMax. Wait a few weeks before starting to send your campaign. Might want to use an alternate domain just for emailing.
There's also Mailshake, Woodpecker.io, quickmail.io, or look into indie hacker @Mailorge's mailforge.io
On the high end functionality are apps like outreach.io, prospect.io, reply.io, and close.io

My choice is reply.io. Has plenty of integrations including chrome plugin

I used Mailjet.com when sending our beta invites for Pulseproduct.com
They didn't have the same restriction, and are cheap to us.
Give them a shot.
