What tool do you use to track dependencies across your tasks?

I use ToDoist and i arrange tasks against:

1. Priority
2. Simplicity and number of dependence

And the most ive seen used is Jira and MS Project in large multi million dollar projects.. but im assuming youre asking because youre working on one of those
