What tools are you using when you launch and how important are they for you?

I just wonder. In the context that you already have a full time job and try to make it as an indie developer and on the side you build all sorts of prototypes, what kind of tools are you using?

Now, the context I'm asking is for people who build MVP's and launch them fast, only in indie communities and do not spend money on any marketing.

Here's a short list of questions (now I said it's a question but there are quite a few).

1. Are you using any type of analytics? If yes, which one and what exactly is most important for you to track.
2. Are you using any health check services (like ping services and all that). If yes which one ?
3. Are you using any task managers to track your current development? If yes, which one and what exact features of that tool you use.
4. If you just launched an MVP how willing are you to spend around 5 -> 10 $ a month for any of the above services? I know that there are free alternatives, but answer this only if you use free alternatives but you are not completely satisfied with them.
