What tools do you use to collect and analyze user feedback before product market fit?

I have worked on two mobile apps since 2020. Both projects failed to take off. I have been reflecting on what went wrong in an attempt to do better in my next venture. One issue that stuck out is that my partners and I never had a system for collecting and processing feedback in an organized way. (We also didn't have enough user conversations but that's a different story).

My questions to the community:

What tools do you use to collect and analyze user feedback before product market fit? Besides Canny, Upvoty, Hotjar Feedback and other feedback collecting tools, are there other tools more focused on analyzing user responses?

What framework do you use to rank or prioritize user feedback? For example, maybe you take and implement feedback from a user with more engagement time than one with less?
