What tools have piqued your interest this month?

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only who loves looking at what others are building. I've done it for years and often they inspire me in my own indie hacking activities.

Cardsaholic by @devhoag has piqued my interest. It turns Google spreadsheet rows into lovely looking cards.

I'm starting an Indie Hacker Brighton meetup shortly and thought that maybe I could start a website for it using Cardsaholic that featured members who had opted in and physically attended the meetup.

Have you come across any interesting tools/services recently?

    I found https://findcollabs.com/.

Seems like a great way to build a side project with other people.

Hey @rosiesherry, Thanks for the shout out!

I actually made the same thing for our Colorado meetup a bit ago. http://www.coloradoindiehackers.com

Anyway, my latest find is https://makerads.xyz/, which seems pretty interesting. I haven't used it yet, but plan on trying it out soon.

BTW, for anyone who finds this: The repo for https://coloradoindiehackers.com is public and I wrote up a Readme with instructions if you want to fork and make your own. https://github.com/willhoag/colorado-ih

Ah, awesome, totally didn't know of your meetup one. Great minds think alike, I guess, lol.

        Ha! That they do! 😄

This month I switched over to ConvertKit from Drip, and (re)discovered rightmessage.com by @brennandunn.

Rightmessage (in particular RightCTA) is awesome. Really awesome.

I know wayyy more about my audience/leads, can segment them much more effectively, and am seeing much better conversion rates than I expected thanks to it.

Hands down my favourite tool of 2018/19 so far.

    I saw Cardsaholic yesterday.

A well-thought-out, well-designed product! I will probably end up using it for our team page.
