What Topic or Niche Would You Be Starting on Youtube?

I would like to ask everyone what type of niche or topic do you think is good to start making videos about on youtube. Videos, you can also monetize not only with Adsense. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!
Below see my list of ideas:

Start a youtube channel about Digital Nomad Stories (The idea is to find digital nomads and interviews them via Google Hang Out. I will ask them to tell their life stories, what they do online to get by, ups and downs, tips, and so on).

Start a youtube channel about Solopreneur Success Stories (Here, I will be finding successful solopreneurs who run an online business or an eCommerce store and interviews them via Google Hang Out. I will ask them to tell about their online business journey).

Start a channel where I provide video tutorials on how to build, run, and run an online business (I've built a travel website myself which I am still running up to this year but due to the global pandemic my travel site is down, no traffic, no money, so no business this year).

Start a channel about Seo Tutorial for the Italian Market as I am myself Italian. I know SEO and other web marketing strategies that I used to apply on my travel website. I will build a small audience and then sell my 1 to 1 consultation to people who need my expertise.

Start a channel about Self Help Book Reviews (I will be finding great books on amazon who sell well, contact the author, and ask him/her to be interviewed on my channel).
Above are some of the ideas I have been thinking of recently.
The questions I do have here is do you think people would like to talk to me and share their stories on my channel? If so, how I could monetize such channels apart from Google Adsense?
I would love to hear your opinions and suggestions, including any name channel ideas!

Hi, Davide! I've got some experience in making videos and I want to share my "wisdom" :)
This one is very timely. Digital nomads have been around since the satellite internet was invented, but now there will be much more. Not just freelancers, but former office workers who's company decided they can work remotely as long as they wanted (like Microsoft).
I think transition from office to remote work is like immigration: there will be unforeseen challenges and hardships which could be explored in interviews.
Suggestion: ask interviewees for b-roll, like some videos they made of where they live, maybe some drone footage. Just to make interviews visually interesting.
Also ask them (and do it yourself) to set up a separate camera (like a phone camera), because after your Google Hangouts conversation you can ask them for footage from that camera. The picture and most importantly audio will be much better than from a call.
(3) I had an idea of a sort of reality show of starting a business and documenting it with video. There are many tutorials on specific subjects (like "how to make a website"), but a personal story will always be unique.
As for questions:
1)I think people will want to talk to you if they see what they are getting into. So maybe start with a person you already know, upload it and use as a CV as an interviewer.
2)People usually monetize with product integration ("our today's sponsor is General Motors with their new all-electric Hummer EV"). Or a Patreon account (or similar service) where subscribers can make regular donations for perks like a weekly chat with you or longer episodes just for them or some other exclusive material.

I am saying this because right now everyone is working from home but not traveling somewhere. A digital nomad is someone who lives for a short time in one place and then moves on to the next one while working online. Thanks for taking the time to reply!

It's a start. Today people work from home because it's harder to travel and maybe they are considering if this lifestyle is the right fit for them. After pandemic some people will return to office, some will start homesteading (building a nice house and so on) and some will begin traveling. And if you start your channel before pandemic ends, people who are thinking about Nomadic lifestyle will have some food for thought from people who are already living the life.
Good point! I agreed with you. Do you think calling my YT channel Digital Nomad Life Stories is a good name that fits with the topic? If you were you how would you name the channel? That's my last question. Cheers!
Are you traveling yourself?
I used to travel for 3 months and working on my laptop before the covid19 started! Let's say I was a temporary travel nomad and not a full-time digital nomad. I've been everywhere in Asia!
I'm asking because I think you must have a nomadic mindset in order to ask meaningful questions. Your channel is about your perspective and worldview.
Yeah, sure. Maybe just Digital Nomad Stories, I think "nomad" implies life or lifestyle.
