Per month, on average I have 400 free-trial registrations, but only around 20 definitely buy. This is killing me, it may seem that I have not yet found the market-fit
What types of conversion tactics are used to push customers to pay, in free-trial? Some idea 🤔
If you suspect that you are having market-fit issues. Most experts recommend that you need increase your "in the field" conversations with your prospective customers. That could be face to face,or over the phone. And if your thinking to yourself but my business is online..., somewhere out there is a real live person that you need to connect with.
You need have "pain-point" conversations. You need to find out what it is they want, and not what you think they want with your product and its features. If you are really touching a customer need, a lot of conversions happen automatically.
Thank you for that.
I'm going to start talking more with customers. I've already been talking to some who are in the chat (app chat). and I had some possitive ideas.
Since there are few clients, I believe that a 1-to-1 conversation is more productive
Hi Bernardo,
You can try shortening your trial down to 7 days. Also, once a user starts their free trial, you should integrate some informative drip emails "teaching them" how to utilize your software in a successful way that will increase their engagement.
We also have video tutorials that pop up when they get on their dashboard that teach our customers how to utilize the features of our software. But the biggest thing is the email drip campaign.
You want your customers to know you're there to help them succeed and make their lives easier.
Obs: I already tried coupon discount, it does not work for SaaS
