We've just launched our productized lead gen agency for lean SaaS startups and our goal is to get $100k/mo in 6-9 months.
We grew a similar agency in the past to about $40k/mo, but seemed to cap out at that level. With our new model and systems, we should be able to handle the bandwidth it requires to run a $1.2M ARR business (and scale from there) 🤞
HOWEVER, if there's anything I've learned from starting businesses / being entrepreneurial over the years, it's that 'you don't know what you don't know'.
There are always surprises and obstacles (some good, some bad).
I'm curious what it was like to hit $100k in MRR. What insights did you get? Did anything change? Is there anything we should do proactively to make the growth process faster/smoother? Is there anything we should watch out for or mistakes we should avoid?
... For those of you who have hit $100k in MRR or at least $1M in ARR.
