An iOS sales widget for Gumroad.
It’s free now but I spent maybe 6 hours on it and it sold immediately for 10 bucks. Switched it to free because I realized that is was distracting me from my core product development.

I don't know if this really fits the scope of your focus. Though if you want to start seeing cashflow now, one of the quickest ways is to buy and then resell something, or somethings now.
