What was your experience with a company / product that felt extraordinary (beyond 5 stars)?

Uber's service recovery in the early days, really blew my mind when disputes were settled, refunds given almost instantaneously, of course this might have cost them quite a bit in abusers but i sure stuck with them for that peace of mind
Are refunds still instantaneous today? I don't have uber in the remote area I moved to.
Uber has left SEA where i'm in, we have GRAB here, it's pretty much instantaneous depending on your account level (based on spending in a year).
Local cell phone carrier: wanted to switch plans to a better plan for the same money (so not exactly in their favor). The whole call took about 30 seconds from start to finish with zero waiting time. Before I hung up, I already received a notification that my plan was switched. Was absolutely blown away by that experience, never would have imagined that calling my carrier would be a pleasant experience.
Outstanding customer service certainly stays in ones mind.
