What we learned building and launching Plavtora

We've been building Plavtora, an AI co-founder for SaaS founders.

The biggest thing we've learned so far is that building the product is only half the problem.

You can spend weeks improving features, architecture, prompts, and UX — but none of that matters if you haven't figured out:

• Who actually has the problem

• Whether the problem is painful enough

• What assumptions you're making

• What evidence supports those assumptions

• What you should actually do next

That's why we're building Plavtora around startup decisions and execution, rather than just another AI chatbot that gives generic startup advice.
