What web tool do you guys recommend for collecting feedback?
I have seen many folks here use HotJar, is that the best/most reliable one out there to use?
I just need something simple for the web site to get feedback or questions from visitors

Check out Canny.io and Uservoice
We use Intercom but it can get very expensive. If you are looking for quick feedback where the user can rate their experience and maybe provide a quick comment and screenshot then you can use HotJars incoming feature for free .. it is definitely worth a go if you have nothing else.
