What would you do if you stumbled upon a ground-breaking company looking for funding?

Hey, investors.

My question for you guys is what if you found a company that is bound to gain traction. They're looking for 10 million in funding and you're the only person that you know of that knows little bit about angel investment to invest in their company?

I don't want to tell the world what this company does because it's a sure-fire investment and I'm extremely early to the innovation but I will say that it's an OEM product under a patent-pending.

What would you do?

Find investors immediately or ask the company for their product to start your own company with their product.

I'm not sure if they have a pitch deck or anything yet. I just know their looking for 10 million in funding for R&D.
