Hello, fellow devs!
I'm currently working on a job board specifically with remote developer offers.
I know that most IH devs don't even think of working for some other company, but I'd love to hear your general opinions / ideas - which information would you like to have when evaluating a particular offer? Is provided salary range a must for you? Would you like to know some specific information about the company? Or is there something annoying you about the offers from other sites?
I'd really appreciate your feedback 😉
Since I'm kinda-sorta looking for a job now, here are the things I tend to look for on a first pass:
The usual salary and timezone type of information is important, too, but I assume those are basically a given.
Thanks a lot for your very detailed answer!

Nice to have:
Salary range is a must, noone wants to waste time with recruiters, who have no idea what they re talking about (except sometimes for entertainment). More standardised information, so you can style: education, job description, experience, what products(s) you will be working on, preferred languages, etc. That would allow for filtering and easier to read advertisements.
PS: How will you prevent people from writing spam/junk jobposts?
I'm planning to moderate each job post before it'll be visible for now. Each company will be able to create an account where they could manage their job posts etc, that'll also allow me to submit comments and allow companies to implement changes if the job post won't match some criteria to land on the site 😉
Most important:
Nice to know:

unpaid holidays an option?
