What you struggle most while trying a new "indie hacker" endeavor?
I find myself fighting with the first the Idea, sometimes overthinking the development and mostly losing motivation along the way, and what about you folks?

I have too many ideas, too little time. And I've lacked follow through on some of my better ideas, unfortunately. If marketing isn't working for long enough, my interest wanes and I move on.
Not always a good thing.
I can definitely relate to this.
