What's a good example of an 'About Us' or 'Our Story'?

I wanted to ask, when you were creating your brand - when it came to your 'About Us' or 'Our Story' section, how did you approach it?

Did you write it from the perspective of your own personal journey and motivation? Where your name and image is linked with the product.

Or have you approached from a "this is who we are as a brand, this is what we are trying to achieve" and avoided it being linked to any individual?
