What's are the best online Business Account services for a SaaS business?

Are you guys using a local bank for your business or do you prefer using an online service? I've searched around IH for insight and read that Revolut business, TransferWise Business, Tide, etc. have good integration through Stripe.
I need to set up one and would love any feedback.
