What's GetRewardful afternative, but working on PayPal subscriptions (not Stripe)?

I'd like to implement Refer-A-Friend functionality to my SaaS.

GetRewardful looks awesome as refer-a-friend platform, but it integrates with Stripe, while I need it to integrate with PayPal. Any suggestions?
