What's going on in your head as a bootstrapper prior to seeing the results you want?
I'm working on a guide/course called The Bootstrapper's Mindset, and I'd love to hear the things that go on in your head as an early-stage bootstrapper prior to seeing the results you're hoping for - your doubts, questions, fears, all of it.
I think of the team constantly. The hardest part of bootstrapping, in my opinion, is motivate your team. It's challenging if they don't think the way you do. They are working on this as a "side project" without salary (just equity stake), but I wake up and go to bed with the project. The goal is to motivate them so that they don't see it as a side project.
