Haha, I wrote about that yesterday.
Basically, there was a gap between a version of the app I could use for myself, and one that could be used by anyone (mostly adding payment, explaining things and meeting minimum requirements - eg. an App Store marketing kit).
Filling the gap required time that I didn't have.
