What's holding you back from writing a book?

I'd say mostly time constraints and work. I write a quite a bit at my day job and some more with freelance projects. I'm always too exhausted from writing when I want to sit down and continue writing my book. I've consistently written around 200 words in the last 2 months, but that's nowhere fast I'd want to write.
