What's it like to go from job to full-time Indie Hacker?

I fantasize about having enough MRR to go full time. Is it all it's cracked up to be? Is it stressful, is it more freeing, is it enjoyable, is it lonely? I'd like to hear from successful Indie Hackers who have transitioned from job to full time business.

I’m now one month in to working on my company full time (previously I was working as a doctor in a hospital and working on the company on the side). I’d say the biggest thing I’m currently missing is the day to day interactions I’d normally have with other colleagues and patients. So, for me, there’s definitely a degree of loneliness to working exclusively on my own thing. I’m working from a co-working space a few days a week which helps a little bit.

On the flip side, I’m really enjoying the freedom of getting to decide what I work on each day (although at times that can be challenging too!).
