I haven't been working on my project much in the last couple of weeks. But I have this one off (from the day job).
Tell us something exciting about one of your projects.
I'm hoping to get custom domains and Plausible Analytics up and running.
Last week, @signorettif and I finally launched our closed beta landing for adflow.ai.
This week we are sending out a few of our first invites to users! Excited to hear their feedback!

I'm making Bestie (https://beta.bestie.care) a fully Hotwire app, to learn more about Hotwire for my next application. My plan was to do it over the weekend but I run into some issues and distractions. I also created a Hotwire group here: https://www.indiehackers.com/group/hotwire

I've seen people reach out on Facbook when they're struggling. We need to support each other.
I've also been playing with Hotwire recently! Bought Noel Rappin's Modern Front-End Development for Rails and am finding it helpful, even though it's still in beta.
I've been struggling with getting good user retention for a while. A new feature I've released last week has gotten less traction than I thought.
I read the book "Hooked" by Nir Eyal this weekend, hoping to experiment with a few lessions from it next week (variable reward, reaching out more to users).
Plausible Analytics is awesome, it's critical to measure how users are using (or not using in my case) certain things you thought they would :/
