What's Replaced MySpace for Musicians?

Our nonprofit works with dozens of musicians, ensembles, bands, djs and orchestras throughout New England. The #1 challenge that everybody has is the fact that there is no single place for getting/advertising gigs. There are many networking sites for musicians:

• Indieontheroad.com
• Reverbnation.com
• Soundcloud.com
• SonicBids.com
  As well as the standard social networks YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter.

But no 1 site for advertising gigs (booking agents, venues), and getting gigs (musicians).

But how to get something like this going? We've tried setting up websites through Wordpress, Wix, Google places. We've tried establishing groups and pages on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Google Maps. As a nonprofit with almost no budget, it has to be a freemium option.
