What's right and what's wrong with my landing page?

Hi IH Landing Page Feedback,

I'm building a no-code database app with granular, role-based permissions. For my day job, I'm a software engineer and I hit this pain point when I was working for a biotech startup. You can read more about my story in this post.

DocFrame - https://docframe.app

Do you understand what problem the product solves?

Does the short demo video help or hurt the message?

Anything I should remove? Or add? Or maybe I should do something totally different?

I'm new to this, so I'm sure there's room for improvement I'm not seeing.

Thanks 🙏

    Hi Peter,

Just checked out your landing page. Here are some suggestions:

    1. Use an h1 that demonstrates the value addition to the customer in the hero section. Move the logo in the top left side of the navbar.
    2. I see there is a features section on the landing page. The users focus more on experience like you shared in the { Build secure data apps declaratively } section. Add more of these to make the product more compelling.
    3. You can also add comparisons to your competitors.
    4. Would love to see some early users feedback or testimonials.
    5. Do not use a Green CTA color over a green background, it does not stand out. You can try any other color for CTAs.
    6. There's no pricing section or link on the page. Visitors definitely look for that.

    Hope this helps.

      Thanks for the feedback!

      1. Good call out, I'll do that.
      2. Awesome! I was wondering whether the video was good. I can create one for each feature to make it more compelling.
      3. I'll do some research on how to build a competitor comparison view.
      4. Yes! Me too! Haha, I'm still working on getting those early users and feedback, but hopefully soon 😅
      5. Haha, yeah I'll tune the colors there. It felt like a good design when I came up with it but you're probably right.
      6. The pricing page is missing because I'm not sure how to setup pricing yet. Everything is free while it's in beta, but I agree that the missing pricing page is not a good look.

        Glad you found it helpful.
