What's the best bang-for-your-buck tool for marketing?
I've learned about quite a few new tools from IH, but I'm not sure which is the best one to use as a solo founder who has to do development, customer support, and marketing.
Fellow indie hackers, what would you recommend for a simple tool that is:
A. Simple to use
B. Easy to get value out of?
I know there are products with hundreds of features related to SEO, keyword analysis, campaign planning, etc. but I'd like to not have to spend weeks learning how to use a tool and still be unsure if I'm doing it right! 😫
Or maybe I'm wrong here and I should be spending $99/month on Ahrefs or something similar?
What have you all tried, and what did you find was the best bang-for-your-buck (or bang-for-your-hour)?

MailerLite is an email automation platform that works as a MailChimp replacement.
Thing is, it is free for your first 1k users.
I basically use MailerLite to subscribe my users to relevant email flow "New users, new customers, customers reaching 90% usage, customers reaching 100% usage that needs to be upselled".
The bang for the buck if basically infinity because this tool is free.
I used Neil Pattel SEO backlink checker https://neilpatel.com/fr/backlinks/ to see where did my competitors had backlinks and then, to try to have a backlink in the same places.
In the secretsaas offer, I only tried HotJar and TypeForm which allowed me to, respectively, understand better how my visitors understood my landing page and to gather feedback about upcoming features.
I'm down to share the cost for ahrefs with someone else. I've been meaning to get it as its very useful.
What do you find useful about it? Do you mind explaining what benefits you've found and whether it's simple enough to understand and start getting benefit from right away?
