  • Atomic Habits
  • Fast and slow
  • The Pragmatic Programmer (It's a tech book, but mention a lot of techniques could perfectly be used in other areas)

    +1 for Atomic Habits!

Getting Things Done by David Allen. The key for me is that I focus and concentrate much better when I feel and trust that the million and one ideas running through my head are captured and organized in the GTD system.

I read 50% of the book, but start to be very repetitive and I stopped then.

I commonly use in my day to day the GTD method with Emacs + Org Mode and this is really amazing.
