What's the best front-end solution for SaaS?

I've tried different web builders between personal projects and clients over the years. Some were easier to set up and manage than others.
I'm really enjoying Webflow at the moment because it's easy to build an aesthetically pleasing front end on it. But then, it's not always the right choice.
The ideal solution would be something that's easy to connect with the service and works well for UX/UI and SEO. And it doesn't take forever to set up/an individual can manage it.
How do you manage your front end?

The builder is special as it is based on Tailwind (open source css framework). There are folks in Webflow trying to build something similar in Webflow but can't due to limitations of the platform.
I love the page speed aspect. With Webflow, it's challenging to get beyond 50-60 loading speed. I'll definitely give it a try!
With Versoly I have built custom scripts to delay the loading of the most popular but worse offending scripts such as chat bots.
Page speed is huge for conversions, so worth investing time making customers sites load faster.
