What advice helped your startup overcome challenges and grow?
This (personal and subjective) perspective can be really helpful in figuring out which parts of the business/project you need to hire other people for. Focussing on the things you love doing even when you're tired is a surefire way to be faster and better than the others in the market.
Just fucking ship.
Competition is good. It validates your business model.
Don't take things too seriously. Learn to love the journey, ups and downs.
Fail fast, fail often.
"There's no such thing as an overnight success."
Don't be chicken and don't give up too fast. Find other ways/ door to boost your startup. Never give up. Simultaneously don't be a fool, though.
