Hey Indie Hackers!
What's the best paid tool or product you use for your side project/business and why?
I am super grateful for all of the free tools and resources available online, but I'm always curious what people are willing to pay for and finding value in.
Right now, mine is Newsletter OS by @Janel. It's the main driver for my newsletter, Post Grad Identity Crisis and I love how actionable and comprehensive it is.
There are a lot of great tools and products out there, but the best one I've paid for is definitely my Roomba. It's an amazing little device that has made my life so much easier. I can't imagine not having it!
One of my life goals is to own a Roomba! But I worry that once I get it I will never be able to vacuum again if I have to :)
What have been my best purchases so far?
To be frank—these costs are a drop in the bucket compared to the opportunity costs of a dev job in this hot market. But, I’m taking a chance on myself on my dream job—indiehacking. It’s important to get the resources you need for your project, while also remembering to live your life.
Thank you so much for sharing, this is very insightful! All the best on your indie hacking journey.
