What's the best tool to send and track Twitter DMs (like a CRM or drip campaign tool for Twitter)?

I'm looking for a Twitter DM tool to send messages to those in my niche:

I want to find everyone who is in the niche (by searching for the keyword in their bio), then send a generic message but personalized with their first names filled in (and placeholders if they don't seem to use a "FirstName LastName" format). I need to be able to track who I sent it to, who replied, etc, basically like how an email drip campaign works but for Twitter
