Whats the best way to create a video explainer on your landing page

I have seen lately a fair bit of landing pages with nice explainer videos as part of their page flow. The one that comes to the top of my mind is for example the video on https://www.landen.co/ or https://www.figma.com/.

What are the best solutions currently to create these types of explainer videos.

        It cost about $2,000 and that was with me providing the script. I received quotes that were all over the place from $2K to $6K so I would recommend sourcing several vendors if you're considering creating one.
