Simple question: What's the best way to get savvy about running paid social Ads (FB & LinkedIn)?

I've ran Ads on FB before but it's been about a year and I'm by no means a pro...

Anyone have any helpful blog posts, YT channels, online courses, etc. that I can leverage to get up to speed quickly?
