I run two SaaS products, one is a productivity tool and a new one which is a web testing tool. I narrowed down a list of active users from the productivity tool that I want to reach out to and promote the new service, offering them early access.
Any tips on how to approach it? if you have any good email examples that would be much appreciated :)
Thanks!
Do you know that is there any users who have been using both platforms already or not?
If yes: I would love to start to analyze them and ask the most basic question which in this case, WHY?
If no: I would try to find same user-behaviour in the both platforms and try to get them based on the value proposition that they would be interested.
Hi, the new tool is still in private beta, no users are using both.
The product I want to promote is an automated testing tool for websites, the users I want to reach to are web agencies and a couple of freelance web devs/designers, they will benefit from automated testing/QA for sure.
Congrats on the milestone. @stefanolaru
When you say active users, how active are they? Pretty sure they will get back to you if a personalized email or message has done right.
It would be simpler if you can break down your active users into sub-group by demographics, start a conversation and see if they wanna try.
Happy to exchange ideas, I did several similar conversations to convert users from previous projects to the silly project now.
No rocket science :)
