What's the difference between a freelancer and an entrepreneur?

I generally think of freelancers as self employed individuals who are trying to earn a living for themselves. Whereas and entrepreneur is interested in growing a business and employing other people. I'm curious to know if there are freelancers here who consider themselves entrepreneurs? and how do you conduct your work that may be different from a 'standard' freelancer?
