I've been talking to a lot of founders this week and I keep hearing the same thing: "I pay for analytics but I only check it once a month."
So I'm curious. When you DO open your analytics dashboard, what's the very first thing you look at?
A) Total visitors (vanity check, we've all done it)
B) Where traffic came from (which channel is actually working)
C) Revenue or conversions (show me the money)
D) I don't check analytics at all and I'm doing fine somehow
Follow-up question: how many separate tools are you paying for to get a full picture? I was running GA4 + Hotjar + a spreadsheet before I got frustrated enough to build my own.
I built zenovay.com to put all of it in one dashboard but I'm genuinely more interested in how other founders think about their data. What matters to you and what's just noise?
