What's the hardest part about working in a team remotely? 👩💻 👨💻
I have been working in remote teams for 2 years, and we have been working with different strategies and tools like Slack, Notion, GDrive, GCalendar, and Zoom.
But I don't like to remember to open every tool at the beginning of the morning or not to be able to talk with someone by video without having to open Zoom and sending a link.
Is anyone working on remote teams? Which are your approaches to work and how do you do things to be more productive? Are you struggling with something?
It would be interesting to know how indie hackers and teams work remotely and what can we improve in our routines.

Myself Gopal, and i am working as remote software engineer.
I feel like you tired of opening every app or website and then login then remembering what needs to be done. Same here as well.
But in my case i come up with some routines. for example i installed chrome extension papier and listed down all the sites i need at initial time. and also using trello to make track of tasks. i bookmarked necessary sites.
Anyway remote job is awesome.
I don't know if it's just me, but I can't find any faults in remote working!
