I'm curious as to what new things people are actually paying for now.
What was the last thing your purchased or subscribed to?
A custom font. π
oooh, which font? π
Variation of Tiempos! https://klim.co.nz/retail-fonts/tiempos-text/
Looks nice, what are you plans for it? Headings, body, or both?
Not a thing actually, I bought myself some self-care. I paid for a year at the WBE Space community So that I could give support and receive feedback from others who are in the same mindset. We are Indie makers, working towards building our Entrepreneurship. It was my most favorite purchase this year and most worth it.
Amazing purchase, congrats @MobileMediaMania π
Being into a supportive community is priceless.
Do paid ads count? :)
Handheld vacuum cleaner to keep my desk and keyboard clean π
Unlimited B2b email leads tool for $99pm
Just signed up to pay for an SEO tool for the first time.
UberSuggest Lifetime (do hate subscriptions) https://app.neilpatel.com
Hmmm..
Haha :P
ZoomInfo for sales. If you're selling B2B and have the budget it's amazing. Has already paid for itself.
Does an ultrawide screen count? :)
I also paid for a designer from upwork.
The lemwarm service from lemlist so that I can start cold outreach and not go straight to spam! Not sure if it will be worth the money yet, as it takes 30 days to 'warm up' the email account...we'll see π
What about you Rosie?
I actually had to think really hard, I've not bought much recently, but I remembered I did get Wash a Pig π·, lol.
Wow, this is awesome.
haha nice! They look fun, was it helpful?
They only just arrived today, haven't had a chance to dig in yet. :)
For me, it was a yearly plan from Fathom Analytics.
I'd never previously thought of paying for an analytics service with Google Analytics being the free and prevailing option. But with privacy concerns and the realization that I had no idea how to really interpret GA after years of using it, Fathom's simple dashboard and event tracking are super refreshing.
We see you, sneaking that referral link in here. π Fathom looks really interesting, I had no idea GA caused so many issues, particularly outside the USA.

I was quite surprised about the issues GA caused too. I had never implemented proper consent warnings on my sites, it was a relief to not have to consider that after switching to Fathom.
