What's the most important lesson that you've learned while building something.

  • It's not necessary to build something unique - It's best to make a better version of something that's already there. [Reason] You have a validated concept/idea.

  • Start and launch with minimal product. Your product only needs to fulfill the basic functions. Grow it from there!

  • Go after something low-cost and super-scalable.
