I am working on making https://pdfinvoices.fordeer.io/ work on Shopify e-commerce platform, we create solution for printing, creating and customizing sales invoices on any Store. A unique platform and a lot to do, we're rolling out marketing and anyone have any marketing advice?

    Current marketing jobs include:

    • Send cold email to used customer data file on Shopify platform
    • Send cold messages to influencers on Social platforms like Reddit, Quora, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin (completely handmade and really hard but we consider this a must-do task. )
    • Create content to make product introductions as well as the mission to solve customers' problems as well as create value for them to forums such as: IH, Hackernew...
And a few other activities with the goal of bringing interested users to try the product to continue to improve the product more optimally.

This is one article I'll read at least once every week while I build; I'll recommend to every other start-up founder I know. Thanks for sharing this piece.

Has anyone managed to include product led acquisition on online courses? I've tried things like including a certificate to share on social media, which is similar to the Nike example in the blog post, but very few folks are posting theirs.

Curious if others have tried some of the other strategies in the post to scale a digital online course

Reminds me of Pendo.io , a tech startup that swears by "product led development."

Thanks for sharing. A timely guide.

I've been working on creating https://stablematic.com/ which is a one-click solution to running Stable Diffusion models on your browser with cloud GPUs. Anyone have any marketing tips?

Awesome article! It makes sense monetary referral programs don't work as well since people can feel uncomfortable by it, but what about referral programs where the referrer gets say an additional month added to their subscription?

This is a great instructional article on product lead development.

But, one of the big mistakes I've seen product developers make is to bolt on viral features after the fact. IMO, build a great product and find a good fit with a market. Keep iterating on that. Then if the resulting product has a set of features which lend it to product lead development, double down on it.

Great article. One comment on the referrals piece; choosing between an extrinsic vs. intrinsic reward for the joining user is a tough choice. Extrinsic converts better but intrinsic is better for your unit economics.

I did not realize that what I do also falls under PLA (user owes another user). Good writeup!

This is seriously the best advice I've read on customer acquisition. You explain everything in an easy step-by-step format. I really wish I knew this when I launched my business. I learnt over time but still it was a messy process and would have been helpful to have a clear plan. I really was just throwing darts in the dark and hoping for the best. This is great advice for first-time founders so kudos to you for putting it together.

Yep! So how’s your business going currently right now? Did you implement the tips into your business? Do you see improvements?

Kaal sarp dosh puja in ujjain is a special puja performed in Ujjain, India, to ward off the effects of Kaal Sarp Dosh, a dosha or astrological affliction affecting a person’s kundali or birth chart. Kaal Sarp Dosh is created when all planets are situated between Rahu and Ketu, the north and south nodes of the moon. This puja is done mainly to appease Lord Shiva, who is believed to be the ultimate destroyer of Kaal Sarp Dosh. It is believed that worshipping Lord Shiva during this puja will help to dispel the negative effects of the dosha.
