Realization is the beginning of you.

So I would say it's meditation. Download headspace and try to sponge free guided meditations. I think the founder understands and transfers the idea behind the meditation very well.

It helped me to become a better partner, stranger and thinker.

      I love Headspace :)

Thank you so much for reminding me :)

The story behind Headspace is also amazing, I love where the founder has been and what the founder has done!

That your thoughts affect your external reality.

Less than 20 pages to read. Less than 10 minutes a day to practice.

You gain control over your destiny.

My mom told me over and over and over when I was a kid: "thoughts create reality". I thought it was the dumbest thing I'd ever heard and rolled my eyes every time she told me. I was shocked years later when I finally got it.

Our parents do tend to be quite wise!

I love that. You make your dreams a reality.

I absolutely love the Pomodoro technique.
However, the Eisenhower Matrix is new to me! Reading up on it now :) Thanks :)
Edit: oops I do know it just forgot the name!

One of my ideas was to write one hour marketing crash courses for founders (SEO, Facebook Ads, etc.). Maybe I should go ahead and do it!

In one hour? That's a lot to take in!!

      Maybe certain statements?

Pretty easy to learn if you teach it the right way, can be in an hour

It depends, if it's only about getting introduced to a thing 1h may suffice, if you want to master something 2-3h is not enough either :)

      1. 1

        My thoughts exactly :)

That's a fair point. It's not much time. But I do believe there are small things you can learn in short amounts of time.
