What's your 2022 tech stack for hosting?

How and where do you deploy your apps? Would you recommend the strategy for others?
I've only used Vercel which is very nice for React apps, but I'm thinking of trying Render (not on the list) for a future app based on positive things I've read online. Still scoping my options though.
Use Docker to containerize your apps, then it won't matter which infrastructure provider you use.
