What's your best tip for analytics?
I would love to learn your tips and tricks for analytics. Do you consolidate everything in one dashboard? Do you collect extra data that might come in useful later or only exactly what you need right now? Any specific products you've discovered that change the game?
Personally, I often find that I collect more data than I actually use; so I think I'm underutilizing analytics. And I'm struggling to keep up with many dashboards, as my mobile apps all have a dashboard per store (App Store, Play Store) plus Google Analytics dashboards, plus Firebase dashboards, plus AWS dashboards for the backend, etc, etc. Sounds familiar? How do you cope?:)

Currently using the severely limited Cloudflare analytics solely due to GDPR. I would prefer to use Google Analytics but I really don't want to have to add a dreadful cookie banner. So I am sort of stuck here for now.

I’ve been using Google Analytics. I just upgraded to GA4, and I’m also looking for additional tools. I’ve found several tools like Pendo, but they get expensive really quickly, and I’m looking for a more frugal option.
I'm also using Google Analytics together with Firebase, both are free. I've also tried Microsoft App Center (also free) for one of my mobile apps, I found it a bit easier to use but perhaps less flexible, so I moved that project to GA as well.
