What's your boilerplate for starting a new business?

I've spun up a few ideas over the years and I'm starting to see a trend in the tool stack that I use. I'm wondering what is your mvp tech stack for launching a new business idea?

    I'll go first.

    Brainstorm problem in miro
    Gather user questions in miro
    Ask questions via Google forms
Create rough wire frames in miro
Refine ux in figma with a component library
    Decide on name
Register domain, create account on mailchimp, HTML 5 landing page template using product imagery as designed in figma.
Self design logo as text in helvetica.
Build functional prototype with firebase as backend and a nocode front end.
Launch and focus on testing with Google optimize and user feedback prompts.
Add accounts for social media as required.
Accept payments as solo venture till traction and then register as a business.

    What's your sequence?
