What's your experience on product launch? Do you launch all at once, or you have a pre-launch phase?

Wondering what's your take on launching a SaaS?
Does it make sense to launch everywhere (ProductHunt, Peerlist, X, Reddit, Indiehackers... etc) or do you think its necessary to first get ~10 users to try the product, so you can optimize and polish onboarding?
I'm tired of AI slop and launches, I want to keep it organic 🫠
I like that you're questioning the launch itself instead of assuming bigger is automatically better.
A lot of launches create noise. A much smaller launch that gives you confidence in the product can end up being far more valuable than a big day you can't learn much from.
