What's your favorite project management software?

A whiteboard and post-it-notes.

Crumbling and throwing away a post-it-note is way more satisfying then dragging a div into the done section. Everyone should give it a try.

We use Shortcut at work and I really like it.

Clickup hands down.

I tried trello, and have tested air table, notion, and asana.

Clickup can take some thought upon initial setup, but it is incredible and does basically anything you could need.

Trello for tasks and google docs for documentation.

I also have private boards that I can share with freelancers and that can link to the github codebase. So very handy to collaborate.

Google docs gives me everything I need for documentation and spreadsheet, and is also great for collaborating with others.

Notion.

I went from Trello to AirTable, then had to move on from AirTable because it didn't have decent support for integrated documentation.

I did like AirTable. To be honest all I need to organise a project is a kanban board and notes.
