What's your Firebase bill?

As a (primarily) front-end developer, being able to use Firebase is a pure blessing. According to basic calculations, I could launch a product even in the free plan.

But I am a bit worried about how the pricing will change once the quota is exceeded. Can you share your app's usage and how much it costs to you?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks! How many users is your app running?

I have just over 2.5k users. Although I only get ~10 active users a day.

Well, let me tell you. I have been 4 months with the free tier but my audience has spiked to 3 times more I used to have.

In 1 day, after a post in Reddit I hit 7k + only that day, plus what I had.. so i got an email asking me to upgrade, i didupgrade, now I use the 25 /m .
That month went to 23k+ at the end and I paid 8 Euros

    Just hosting

I believe you can set up budgets for your projects in Google Cloud Platform. That way you can be sure that you won't have any unexpected high bills (or at least get a notification before you do).
